The buildings are well maintained, the grounds are brilliantly maintained, and the resident manager is a very kind and helpful person.

Apartments are good, safe and at a good location. The apartments are carpeted so good for cold weather. They have good balcony so it looks good. The only problem here is: Maintenance and emergency. The maintenance team was very proactive last year. Not sure what happened now, it's taking a lot of time. And, no one picks emergency number. Lack of staff is showing here.

Community is nice to stay. Apartments are spacious, maintenance team is good. Appliance are little old and should be changed\replaced. Few of the low lights of community are- Street lighting - Street lights arr not properly placed or are inadequate. There has been multiple instances where theft has occurred at hampton greens. Still some of the basic stuff such as street lighting hasn't been improved. Security - Every now and then people from various organizations come and knock the door to ask for money in order to support there cause. Couple of times newspapers guys also came to subscribe to there newspaper. Why is the management not putting any efforts to stop it? They should put notice in the apartments saying that unauthorized people are not allowed.

In the two years that I lived at Hampton Greens, I've been really satisfied with the property. The grounds are really well kept, it always feels safe, and they've undertaken multiple projects to update the community (newly paved roads, new mailboxes, etc.). The apartment itself always felt like home. My only complaints would be the availability of the office staff is often a hassle (especially on work days) and trash isn't collected often enough (too many residents haphazardly throw trash near the dumpster). Lastly, this is a pretty quiet community with lots of families, so keep that in mind.
