Rude interactions and predatory application fee practice! They will take your money if you don't qualify. So if you're apartment hunting look elsewhere. There are plenty of reasonable property management companies out there that don't take your money and run if you don't qualify. Times are tough and they are the only property management company I've delt with that hasn't issued refunds.
