REAL REVIEW HERE. It's nice when you first move in, and then you slowly discover the office barely does their job, the trash service rarely picks up, and there is constantly some sort of upgrade / construction going on that never ends starting at 7am. Painters came by and basically destroyed everything on my patio WITH NO NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE WHATSOEVER! They told us "It's common sense, it's your fault."... Common sense that because we saw painters roaming the grounds for weeks that we should pack up our entire patio and abandon it until god knows when? No... that's not how it works. Of course, after my problems, they began notifying all residents of a painting schedule. Now THAT'S common sense. Alas, the office isn't "liable" for damages since the painters are the ones that did the damage. Rent just increased $300, so replacing paint-smeared patio furniture was very exciting and affordable! This place is greedy, and is CERTAINLY NOT worth the amount of money you will pay in rent. Renter beware, trust me. it's now 100 degrees every day, and the largest pool in the complex can't be used due to construction. MIND YOU - CONSTRUCTION THAT THE OFFICE E-MAILED AND SAID WOULD BE FINISHED IN MARCH! Thankfully, I live in phase two near the pool that is open. Half the amenities are rarely available, and when they are, they are consistently dirty. No one that works here actually cares about the place, they just want to get paid and leave. You see reviews sometimes that are "negative nancies" or someone with an agenda, but honestly I've lived here for a while now and it's not somewhere you'd be happy once you settle in. I am a current resident, and nothing I could say to the office will possibly help with painter damage, amenities laziness, or their public announcement delays. I've used an alternate e-mail to leave this review because the concentration camp I'm living in will charge me $600 for leaving a negative review while being a resident. I'm excited for the "owner" to respond to this review generically, telling me that they value all their residents and they are so sorry I've had this trouble. That will fix everything! Edit in response to management: Your e-mail notifications only come out after residents have trouble. Trust me, I 've spoken to numerous residents at the pool about management and the office, nothing here is a "wonderful living experience" LOL If you move in, enjoy regretting it!

I lived there for almost 4 years. It was a good community, but not anymore. It's a kind of a weed factory now, if you have any doubts about my words, take a walk in the community after 7. it's not kid friendly. I literally got into a fight with one lady (she was super high) who was almost driving at 50 mph and looking for a parking lot.Unless management takes some serious actions and background checks on who is coming in, I  will not recommend this place.Had horrible experience.

Staff is horrible, they have no problems providing misleading / wrong information. They don't offer fair resolutions to their own mistakes. Tammy is the manager and she is no help. Staff is always changing so you can't ever keep track of who works there and they take no accountability. As far as the apartments, they are way overpriced for sub par quality. Nowhere near a "Luxury" apartment complex. They want to charge $3k/mo for a 3bd room appt with rent increases. That doesn't even include washer/dryer. Appliances are outdated for what you pay. The amenities they offer like the basketball court has been unavailable more than actually available. The list goes on, don't move here. I found a way better priced option and it has a higher standard of luxury.

This place has been hell before we even moved in. My family and I have been living here for 6 months, we experienced issues from the very beginning. Signed our lease and was anticipating our move in when we got a call saying our unit was unavailable and we would have to wait 3 weeks before they could have it ready (strike 1). I tried talking to property manager Tammy about the displacement of my family and the major inconvenience it would cause. I asked for some type of compensation for an error on their end and Tammy was not having it! She told me there was nothing she could do and she didn't try. I asked for a number from corporate but she told me the calls would just come back to her, so there was no need to pursue it. Fast forward months later a ROACH MOTEL! We have an older model fridge and a huge hole behind the refrigerator. Roaches are frequently going in and out of that hole. My husband has had to set traps throughout the apartment due to this (strike 2). Fast forward to today. Our refrigerator has been leaking water for MONTHS. Causing my food to spoil and ultimately rotten! We put in a service request on Jan. 29th and today is Feb. 22, the issue has not been resolved or mentioned. I went in to speak with Tammy and her response "We have to order the parts and I don't know when or how long it'll be." I inquired about getting a new refrigerator because I know they have them in other units (seen maintenance install one two weeks ago!). Tammy's response to that was "well...you probably wont get a new one but we'll see". Absolutely NO help! If you are thinking about living here, DON'T. We are definitely counting the days until we move.
