For sure I would not recommend living here if you enjoy peace and quiet. the property is not in good conditions, either the building is too old or they don't fix it correctly, we heard everything our upstairs neighbors did. They charged us a pet treatment fee even though we never had a pet. Make sure you check every single item because at the end of you lease they will charge you for everything.

I have been here since 2015 when my late husband moved here after selling our house. Everyone who been to my apartment says wow! I have every amenity I can think of. The grounds are lovely. The office staff is friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff is prompt, courteous and efficient. I feel safe here and like calling Laguna Vista home!

When we moved out they charged us a pet treatment fee even though we never had a pet! Horrible experience with management and April!

Apartment is run down and $hitty. Do not move here. Stupid fire alarm goes off like every other day, and plus, there always seems to be maintenance or some obscure reason why they have to enter units. Ridiculous. Many neighbors are inconsiderate during the night, especially upstairs while there's constant stomping every night.

I need to share our bad experiences living in this apartment for 8months: *Management is horrible, they always change staff and end up being unorganized and uninformed asking renters insurance or other documents for x times (which we have already provided many times) instead of looking up in their system. * Waking up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off and it turns out to be false alarm. This happened many times.

This happened many times. * Anyone can go in and out the parking garage and in the building, unregistered cars or people don’t live there were able to sneak in and park inside. * The building is not ready for calamities. Last February with the heavy snow, like 3 days no electricity and water.
