Beautiful modern apartments for a great price! Friendly staff, maintenance is timely, and they take good care of their residents (parties, brunches, great business center, free covered parking). However, the floors and walls are very thin or lack adequate padding and it causes everyone to feel they have noisy neighbors. I've received a lot of noise complaints and I'm quiet as a church mouse. I literally don't know what to do! If I made adjustments it would mean I'm not moving at all, not watching television or talking on the phone. At the same time it sounds like my neighbors above me are having wrestling and high jump tournaments day in and day out. I gave the Portofino three stars because I'm always on eggshells tiptoeing around my home, afraid to disrupt my neighbors. If they could correct the flooring Portofino would definitely receive 5 stars from me. P.S. If you are a smoker look elsewhere. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in place. You cannot smoke in your apartment, on the balcony/patio, in the parking garage, or anywhere else on the property. You will have to go across the street. UPDATE: I relocated to a unit on the 4th floor and that has been THE BEST move I could have ever made. I don't hear anyone above me, however, I sometimes get noise complaints from neighbors (often times when I haven't been at home...lol). Just goes to show how thin the walls are, you can't pinpoint where the noise is coming from and we're stacked on top of one another. Overall, it's a great community, I've lived here for 7 years.

We moved here a month ago.. I would like to shout-out to the leasing agent Alma as she took care for us since the first day we came to check the apartment.. the process was smooth and Alma was always there for our questions during the process and after moving in we loved the place and the location is perfect as you have access to anywhere in DFW area we even had a work order with the AC that was taking care off right away and agin thanx to super Alma…

Omg I moved from Tennessee to portofino Apt. And there is a lady name Alma she was so cool I was like I can't put everything in this 2/2 and she showed me how move thing around she is very professional in here job just talking to her great staff here a portofino Apt. I give her a 5 star
