Anita the receptionist is very rude & offers horrible service . She didn’t want to give me an off time for my mom & just put me on hold for over 10 min I called back & she gave a very bad attitude that she was busy so if I want the time I’m just gonna have to wait she didn’t explain herself but just said it with attitude & hung up on me .

For the most part the assistant nurses are excellent. Watch out for Lucy! She is very condescending to the patient's family members. If you complain to the head nurse Jaenntte she will address the issue but she will not get back to the family members or patient on a resolution or prevention of reoccurrence. Cathy and Kevin are very respectable nurse assistants. They are good to their patients and truly care for them.

The have chairs with with patients that have already been there when you go in at 1:45 then he's probably at to hook up.
You will need to call them and speak to them about that. There is also a davita in corona, which is about 10 minutes away from the norco center you can also contact. This is something you have to coordinate with them.
