Thought I’d try a local place. Went in had a gel pedicure, was happy with that service. However, had dip/sns on my hands and It was horrible from beginning to end. She cut my cuticles, she was very aggressive, and sloppy. I walked out with sore cuticles, one cut, polish all around my fingers (which I asked 3 times to be removed) which was never completely removed. Oh and she also never cleaned under my nails ….I asked to speak to anyone who spoke English and understood it, because I just kept getting head nodding so I wasn’t sure if I being understood. Finally, after about 1 hr and 45 minutes she was done (mind you another nail tech had to step in because my nails weren’t drying so they had to refile and coat again). I politely said to who seemed to be the manager, “‘next time please have someone that knows what they’re doing do SNS”…. They couldn’t get me out of there fast enough and completely blew me off. Never again…

Please stop wasting your money on biz owners who talk about you in their language assuming you don’t understand. I recorded their weird talk about a few clients and how dare! They are rude and not nice. Amy is money hungry and a fake personality. Never coming back and do not recommend.
