We had an incident in the pool and Oryan was sent to the reception and he gave us great attention. He didn't care that he blew up a table with his umbrella and fell next to my son. He didn't tell me, is your son okay? nothing just went and picked up the umbrella and turned the table to put it in its place. I approached and explained what happened and he ignored me. I never behave angry or rude. in case that occupied so that they would pay attention to me??

There's over 300 rooms & suites with swimming pool.
Its 12noon but if you are a Platinum member you can extend that time.
Im not sure but i do think they have two bed options. Mine is one bed with kitchen
