The Hispanic who works with you is very inattentive , he does not know how to attend to Customer, you are not interested in helping customers with shipments, and another day I said thank you and he did not answer but a lady attended me and She did very well, she was very kind.

The store closes at 7pm and I got into the open store at 6:58pm (I know I cut it close); I stood there waiting while 2 attendants were taking care of other customers. They both watched me standing by their register, and at 7:05 the young gentleman said that they couldn’t ship my package or process my transaction because they closed their register because it was 7:05. I watched the guy close his register in front of me. I have a business account with UPS. If you have people working for you who are just there to collect a paycheck and have no customer service skills, it’s only a matter of time before your business goes under.
