Speaking from experience beware please know who is staying above you before you move in unless you want to live in horror. Noise all day and night. Beating stomping it makes no sense. No need to file a complaint absolutely nothing will be done. If it had been me disturbing them I guarantee I would be evicted by now. I didnt believe the reviews when I moved in but race makes a difference in how you are treated.

This apartment used to be good before the new management. They change management every 6month but the current one are the worst. Don't move here if you value your mental health and physical well-being. The manager, Andrea Ponce is rude and non-chalant. How can people pay so much in rent and get this type of treatment?
