I went to look at some apartments today and I tell ya what I'd most definitely live here Luis was awesome and honest the grounds look amazing and peaceful ill most definitely be applying I just need someone to move out the largest one bedroom lol

-The complex itself is okay, but wow, the staff sucks. There's one nice guy in the office, but he has absolutely no power to do anything. The other office employees will mean-girl smile while they lie to you. They just tell you whatever makes you go away. They all sit in the back, talk, and drink coffee. Nobody cares to help with anything. The phone is NEVER answered. Sometimes they just... leave. Close the office early, and go home. -The AC here is horrible. Your bill will be huge, and your apartment will never be cool. During the summer, sometimes it'd be 80+ in our apartment. That's with the AC running constantly, us having blackout curtains, not using the oven, etc. A maintenance guy told me they were all really old, and they wouldn't replace them. I asked "so just too bad? We're stuck with a bad air conditioner?" And he said "yeah, basically." -Maintenance is a huge pain. It took us 6 months to have a very simple (but horribly inconvenient) problem resolved. 6 months! It took them 20 minutes to do. -This complex does "insurance inspections" and a million other kinds of things that makes them come in and go through everything. -The water is off frequently here. Might not be their fault, but it's frustrating. -There are so many extra fees. Want to get inside the complex? Well there's an app. And you have to pay to use it. They don't tell you, but it adds it to your rent. Also, you're not getting your deposit back. They might actually have the audacity to tell you that you owe them money.
