Hi Tevin, The groundbreaking ceremony for the current Lynden Library was April 14, 2002 and the Grand Opening Celebration took place on June 28, 2003. Yes, the Ferndale and Lynden locations are open from 1 pm to 5 pm on Sundays. All branches will be closed for Memorial day on Monday though. https://www.wcls.org/about-wcls/
