We liked it when we first moved in but then it went down hill from there. Most of our neighbors are really nice. My apartment was broken into during the day, while there were workers painting a nearby unit. All management could say was 'well you can move if you want '. Several cars had all 4 tires stolen and management never notified residents until I sent pics. We had squirrels living in the ceiling and our air vents were full of fiberglass. It took the office forever to clean that up. There were rats on the porch and I don't keep food out. Forget about using the pool, people from outside the complex would use it all weekend long. Yes, crime exists anywhere (as management is always quick to point out)but the management could do more to reduce the headache for residents.

So far it has been a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to staying here for a while. It’s very unique with its worst theme. That’s why I chose those place, for the serene environment

UPDATE: Sandra who works here is wonderful to work and goes above and beyond for the tenants. I strongly recommend her if you have any questions or need help with anything. I’ve been here for an entire year and can honestly say it is a fantastic apartment complex. They are owned by Metro and they do a great job at maintaining the value of their apartments. If you request maintenance feel assured they will come and help within 24hrs during the weekday. I personally never felt unsafe. Even the immediate surrounding area is one of the best in the spring branch area. I will admit the only reoccurring issue is the gate being broken, but quick work around is leave from the other gate or use your key and make sure no one is coming in. Do this for a couple days until it is fixed. No big deal. Beautiful complex and can’t beat the price. Don’t hesitate come check it out today!
