I ordered a hamburger combo and received a breakfast combo. The volume of customers was extremely low for this to occur. I definitely do always advise to check the bag bc human error is expected. The breakfast combo was horrible due to the sloppy way ingredients was placed on breakfast burger.

Completely ignored my request for no mayo. On 3 separate occasions. Dont ever have time to go back and argue. That's all it is is a request. Order it like it comes or dont go here. They won't listen...

I came here in a pinch, my family needed food really bad, I really would have liked some Jack in the box and to be honest I'm never really certain about going to Jack in the box. I have hit or miss experiences, but tonight Brandon was at the drive-thru window and he was phenomenal. He was very patient and very polite. I think he might be like the shift lead guy for the night or something but to be honest with this type of behavior and this level of customer service. This man deserves to be at least assistant manager if not take the store over for himself, I will come back to this store, I buy from Jack in The box five nights out of the week, but I will come back to this store as long as he is working at that drive-thru

I came to this location this morning and asked for my order to be made without American cheese but I still wanted Swiss cheese. I asked them at the drive through to repeat the order to the cook 2-3 times to ensure it was made correctly. I get to the window and the cashier repeats my order where I then confirm it. I am handed my food a minute or 2 later and not to my surprise my order is made wrong and the bread is overly toasted (almost burned) I handed the food back and told the girl "so despite me stating how I wanted my sandwich made the cook still got it wrong." Handed her the food back for it to be made correctly. The next sandwich was made with the correct items in the sandwich but it was still badly overly toasted. I asked the girl to switch the bread out where she then became argumentative assuring me there was nothing that could be done about it that they will not change the setting on the toaster. I told her to have the cook re do my sandwich only to be handed AGAIN burned bread. The only reason I left was because this incident was now causing me to run late to work. I left very angrily and threw the food away. I will be contacting corporate for a FULL refund and to complain. Their service is trash. I guess that's why they're located by the dumpster. And the lack of basic knowledge to prepare a sandwich correctly is alarming.

They don't answer ever and if go back up there to tell them they get really racist with you
COVID has made a lot of places like that, bathrooms secured from public use
