Service was horrible drive thru employees were very rude & were rushing to take my order. When the guy gave me my change he dropped it glanced back at me & shut the window didn’t apologize or anything. Ordered 3 meals he asked me what i wanted for the first drink & just gave me the same for the other 2 without asking me

Just received a soaking wet burger from this location through Uber that was smashed together like they were slammed with customers and rushing. Except they got an order wrong so I drove there anyways.. they are not only not busy, they have the doors locked and are only accepting via drive through. I was the only one there. Then I found out the wrong order was because they were out of stock. Why are you making me something I didn’t order because you think it somewhat resembles what I wanted? It’s completely different, just notify it’s out of stock through the damn app. I lost money because these guys couldn’t think that through.

Let me start out by saying, imagine wanting to be paid $15 dollars an hour and you have complete inability to put together a decent “taco”. The lackadaisical effort put forth in the service is literally jaw dropping. Imagine if this was the service you received.. one would be applauded, and in disbelief demanding a refund. It’s 2021, time to hold people accountable. Have a conversation with employees about how they would want their food prepared and the effort that should be put forth representing a franchise.

I love JIB tacos as does my family, have eaten them frequently for a number of years, and was the first time in several years ordering from this location. We ordered 20 of them and they were all terrible. There was almost no meat and the shells were stale. I couldn't believe it and was very disappointed. This was the worst JIB taco I've ever had! I hope this was a one off. I won't be ordering from this location any more.

There is a number on the front door or maybe around the front door you can call. Or on your receipt there is a survey you can do and that would be best to do. If you no longer have it, go by and get a value drink and get the receipt. Drive thru is best. Do the survey and the owner will see and reprimand as he or she feels fit. If bad enough they will lose their job, especially if management. Good luck and I hope this helped.
