Awful!! They ALWAYS mess up orders will never go back to this jack in the box and definitely will tell others about my multiple experience in going to that one only reason I go is because it’s close but I do blame myself for not checking the bags before I drive off which I shouldn’t I should feel comfortable that my order is correct! Lesson learned, also when I asked about the hot sauce the manager said he put some in my bags but there were maybe 7 or so..

Do not order from this location if you have any food allergies!!! They pay no attention to requests to remove an item. I have given them too many chances and they consistently ignore. Doesn't matter if it's in person or using their app. So if you're like me and have food allergies this place is dangerous to your health and needs to have a complete overhaul of their practices. Jack N Box should be ashamed.

I specifically told them no Mayo due to food allergy. Got home and it had mayo! Not the first time they have gotten the order wrong. Definitely the last!

When you ask for extra bacon instead of eggs and get the exact amount of bacon that the regular platter gets. The only time to go to this establishment is at night. The night guy is cool but the women in the morning dgaf.
