I went through the drive thru ONLY ONE IN LINE and ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger. Got some far less expensive breakfast sandwich. I'll never ever eat at Jack In The Box again. Ever. No, I am not driving back to your store to get the correct thing. Called the manager. Did he offer to make it right? In ANY way? Nope. Just offered to let me climb back in my car and roll the dice on them getting it right the second time. No thanks.

The lady at the window must have been having a bad day. Sure seemed annoyed to have to take an order. Then, at the window I watched as my food just sat on the counter for a good five minutes while she restocked cups and straws. The food was still good, I guess she was just having a hard day

waited in line for exactly 26 minutes , waited at the order screen for about 5 minutes continuously saying “ hello” ,no response, i get to the window and the lady refuses to take my order because I can only order at the order screen . I explain that nobody was answering and she says “well you were supposed to wait because we are understaffed” . how was I supposed to know that? you could easily said “one moment” or anything while I waited for 5 minutes not knowing I’m supposed to keep waiting . they really do not care at this location . waste of my time .

DO NOT GO HERE!! This location is by far the worst jack in box I’ve ever been too. They are always out of product, they only accept cash at certain points of the night, and they always give me a incorrect order! Tonight, I order the chick n tater meal and they failed to tell me that they have no tacos. Instead I got a box full of fries! If I would have known of course I wouldn’t have ordered it. Sorry jack but this is the LAST TIME you see me at this location. They need some type of management. Also, if they would answer the phone I wouldn’t have had to take this to the internet.

Normally the problem with beverage machines is that, when you make them, when entering the product in it, it tends to be damaged without the workers' awareness, unless they are notified at the time that the machine is having a malfunction or the drink no longer tastes.
