After one year two of the post failed, I complaint they sent the same guy to replace them. Two years later I have to replace half the posts… i called them and they refuse to take care. When I started to work on the post myself, I discovered they never set the post in concrete and they buried the post less than 6 inches down… Update: Since then, one of their managers reached out apologized and return almost 50% of the original cost of the fence.

We had Pacific Fence & Wire custom build us a large chain link gate. This was a dual swing 9' per side 6' high gate system for our beach property. The quality of the gate and materials used is excellent and we are very happy with the work they did. The folks that work in the yard, that I dealt with during pickup were top notch. Super friendly, loaded everything into the trailer for me and were happy to help. Lost a star because the process between "I gave my money" and "product being ready" was pretty weak communication, often emails went un-responded to. This would not prevent me from using them again, they do superior work!
