The best is just to remove the whole automated options it’s ridicules!!! Can’t even call and ask for mail that’s getting stored there it’s crazyyyy!!!

I went there to pick up my package since they didn’t deliver it for a week but holding it. I ordered my package under my business, but the clerk refused to hand it out to me because I didn’t have my namecard for my business or business creditcard I showed him my order history on my name and tracking number to show him I am the one who ordered it. But literally he says to spend money to make a name card or business credit card if I want to retrieve my package. Hahaha

It's impossible to tell how garbled my mail delivery is. It's not the carrier, it's the clerks . The 800 number is ABSOLUTELY USELESS! I CANNOT GET MY MAIL OFF HOLD FIRST TIME I GOT SOMEONE ELSE' MAIL AND HAD TO GO BACK TO GET MINE! Then no delivery. I went back a second time got my mail. Now, today, no mail again1. Today will be my THIRD trip to Empire to get my mail!!!

Only used this location twice but both times I was thoughtfully taken care of and I was dealing with a potential and costly disaster. I had dealt with two other locations over the period of a month and neither location put any effort into locating a shipment seemingly lost in space. I’d given up and was trying to figure out how to explain a $350 loss when I found this location near my home and when by out of strict curiosity. Thanks to a gentleman (Kevin I believe) I was able to resolve an ugly situation and walked away with the lost package and a whole bunch of weight off my shoulders. Thanks
