This business is a bane to our neighborhood. The workers constantly speed through our street with no regard to speed laws, leave litter on 98th where they park, and the delivery trucks to and from this business ignore the very specific "No Thru Trucks" signs posted at both ends of Brandeis where they are NOT to drive! This all has been just recently been brought to ODOT and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. This neighborhood has lots of children, and they feel they need to drive 40+ through a residential area? Use Clackamas Rd./Minuteman Way like you're suppose to! *UPDATE 24, MAR. 2022* Much appreciated for the info, and handling of these issues, Mr. Owner. I tried calling the business first, however, there was no line to get through to anyone outside a few specific departments. I have written down your contact info for future reference if it is needed. Again, thank you for the quick response to these matters. I have updated your rating to reflect this. I can't go any higher in good conscience because I have never shopped there.

General contractor here. I’ve been going to Clackamas BFS for the last 3 years. More often than not when I’m quoted what’s in stock and go to pick up material it is not in stock or salesman quotes wrong price or any number of excuses. 6 weeks to get a quote on framing package and then quoted wrong and shorted material on delivery. I would honestly have to say the absolute worst experience over 3 years. Will not ever be shopping at this company again. BTW……..I recommend going anywhere but here. A waste of time. Go to Parr!

Ordered boards to redo our deck and delivered them quickly. But alas several boards were of poor quality and of the wrong size. Took them back ourselves and you graciously gave us new deck boards but as we started to finish the deck, several boards were again of wrong size. We are sad.
