Possibly the best gym I've ever been to. Friendly staff, every machine imaginable, multiple sets of dumbells, open 24/7 and people actually workout instead of sitting on the machines texting. They keep the place clean and the amenities are great after a hard workout. I highly recommend this gym!

If you want to use the stream room, hot tub or pool be careful, they close them randomly for cleaning without warning, even if you are already in it. Apparently 1-4am isn't enough, they also need to clean them in the middle of the day. Meanwhile the bathroom smells funky... Lol. Priorities.

Went in 2 days in a row, waited for someone to come to the front desk to help us to set up a membership. Called the "new membership" line 3 times on the 3rd day. Finally got ahold of someone on the 4th try who basically brushed me off. I asked if there could be someone at the desk so we didn't have to wait. Which there was when we arrived. No apology was ever made.

For $299.99 a year (approximately $25 a month), you won’t find any other gym with a shower, lap pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, basketball courts, every weight set you could ever need, spin room, classes, and friendly staff that is open literally 24 hrs a day. This place is pretty great. They have really improved their app interface to make check in a cinch. I have no meaningful complaint. It would be nice if there were towels, but we’re splitting hairs at this point.

Yes, 24 hr fitness made me pay three month of gym fees while it was closed for COVID. I kept trying to cancel my membership but the website was down and the phone numbers wouldn’t work. I will never forgive this company for that scam.

the deal thats going going now I believe is $42 A month first and last so $84 to sign up. a year membership. so $42 each month after that. which was the deal I got may have change. always decent prices for their memberships

If you don't have a special deal through your employer it's 41.99 a month for a year commitment or 46.99 for month to month. If you haven't been in before you can always check the gym out with a three day pass.

I've never heard of that. I don't believe so. They're all about annual memberships. They charged me $49.99 × 3 memberships annual renewal fees even though I canceled before the year even started.
