Gallery Furniture is not respectful or honest to their consumers. They sell products that are not the quality as advertised, even with custom order purchases. Gallery does not remedy issues in a respectful or diplomatic manner, evades communication and treats their customers with hostility and complacency. We purchased custom made couches that started degrading within 6 months. Gallery has yet to deliver a satisfactory product replacement.

This place wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t lie about receiving times and lack in communication post-purchase. Our couch was supposed to be in early February and it is now mid March. Have we received one call about the delay? No. We have to call every couple weeks to get an update. We were finally told our couch was completed and would be picked up on Wednesday, allowing us to come pick it up on Thursday or Friday that same week. It is now the following Sunday and we have yet to receive a call that our couch is ready. Upon calling for yet another update, we were told it’s completion has been pushed out yet another week (even though I was previously told it was complete). This place would be fine if they would learn how to communicate with the customers after they’ve made a sale - but frankly, all they care about is the sale. P.S. I find it funny that this place was so quick to call out Ashley Furniture about lying about delivery times, when it’s been a month and a half past our original Delivery date.

They do not back up their products warranty. Even when it was purchased separately. Takes way to long to get furniture. Was told 4 to 6 weeks for a table chair set, 6 months later I canceled my order and was told a few more months. They have absolutely no communication on your parts or warranty, repair people forget to do their job. Refuse to help you out either on reimbursement for damaged products and get no where in warranty department. Do not recommend them for any reason. UPDATE*** repair guy finally made it out with parts, after waiting months for the parts. The parts are wrong and will be a few more months to get new parts.
