[Update as of May 2022] I live at Riverbend Manufactured Home Park and I enjoy it. Granted, Association Fees are probubly the highest I have found around Clackamas Oregon manufactured home parks. Honestly, it is worth the lot rent which does NOT include electricity, garbage, or cable which some manufactured home parks do, but you will find a nice playground, full basketball court, medium size family swimming pool and places to sit, pool tables, cardio machines, and places to sit in the grass and walk with the dog around the park (their are breed restrictions.)

A well cared for family community. No trash, well maintained grounds and super on top of everything manager(Kari) and she’s very nice. Is a quite community but there’s a playground and the occasional kid on a scooter or someone doing their daily walk/run. There’s a mix of brand new homes and older single manufactured homes as well. Plenty of parking unlike other manufactured home communities I’ve visited(one of the reasons why everything looks neat and organized). You feel safe here and there’s plenty of nature around you to give you that peace and home sweet home feeling.
