I've been a member for several years. The Clackamas branch is my fav. The staff - obviously - enjoy where they work, and they share the good vibes w/o knowing so. Courteous, professional, friendly.. always a pleasant visit 🙌 And to top it off today, they handed me a “goodie swag” bag today!! 🎈🎈🎈

Omar, Omar, Omar! Hands down the BEST Unitus has. His customer service skills are out of this world! You do not experience this amount of care, attention to detail and people that go above and beyond anymore. Omar was outstanding, expedited everything with my loan, had me approved in rocket speed, his personality is the BONUS! This guy really cares and is funny, savvy, witty, SMART! He knows people! Unitus needs to give this guy a raise. I am beyond impressed, coming from a career where I serve people, I would do anything to have someone like Omar on my team. The staff is friendly and helpful, but I am often here outside their business hours and the ATM at this location has been broken for weeks and won't dispense cash. Doesn't stop them from charging ATM fees when you use another ATM though. And speaking of fees, Unitus' fees are substantially higher than the other credit union in Portland of which I am a member, and their APY on interest-bearing accounts is entire percentage points lower. If you don't like the nickel-and-dime-you-for-everything experience, try a different credit union.
