I was waiting for response from mine off so I haven't heard anything I actually had a doctor appointment yesterday they said they could take some time up to a month to respond

Philips Dream Station: what am I supposed to do with this machine. Will Kaiser be replacing them for members or do I need to work thru Philips directly. Does Kaiser have other machines available?

The recall is being handled by Phillips not Kaiser. I called Philips yesterday and was told that they will be able to begin processing customers on 6/17/21.
