The information helped make for a most enjoyable road trip around the Olympic Peninsula, and National Park; then continuing to Mt Rainier National Park and finally the back roads to Mt Adams. Fast service, very friendly. Had 2 international drivers licenses made up. Got home & realized my first name was misspelled ☹️ It was late Friday, had to wait til Monday to get it fixed, but, they were very nice about it.

I was planning a trip cross country and they were incredibly helpful. I walked away with a regional map and a map of every state I was passing through, a tour book of each state, and a personalized travel book that had all of my travel info in it. If you're going on a road trip go to AAA first. It's the best way to plan your trip.

They sold me a scam insurance by some sub company named Traveler's. My car was stolen & stripped. These guys left me stranded. Now I'm pulling a cart with the contents from the trunk of my no longer operational car. All that was wrong was the starter & alternator. Also to note. Charles J. Is by far a scam artist. My possessions that were stolen. They had me gather proof of ownership, which was done. They claim that they won't replace anything...... I lost everything because of this company. I wish the worst on this company.
