I'm very disappointed to be with such a bad company like State Farm. They don't treat their customers right, they are so rude, unprofessional, heartless, unresponsive very very poor quality. I've been a customer for 20 years, never been in an accident. I have my home and 5 cars with them, always paid full coverage always on time. I got into a car accident where a curb was hit, the tire was broken off and collision sensor got broken as well. I took it to the shop and State Farm refused to cover the repair, they only covered partial. The shop been dealing with them for over a month and they are unresponsive. They lost all the emails and everything the shop sent to them. The shop said they never dealt with such a bad insurance company like State Farm who don't respect or care for their customers. My agent Lidia Mazun who I've known for 20 years was unhelpful and unwilling to take time to help. As well as every agent I've spoken with. They were all so rude and unprofessional. They never do what needs to be done, they never call you back and they never have any supervisor or manager available. They caused me and my kids pain and suffering because I can't get my car back and due to health reasons I can't go to the doctor or take my 8 month old baby to her doctor appointments either. It's been very miserable experience and very stressful. I wanted to take the time to put this review to save other people from being scammed and suffer from State Farm.

We had a very bad experience with this office managed by Lidia and State Farm in general. We have been customers with Lidia/state farm for about 20 years, never been in a car accident before, always paid our insurance bills and never late. We have 5 cars and a house insured through State farm. This last month we got into an accident where a curb was hit. Our first accident EVER! The wheel broke and the shock triggered the collision sensor. The car been in the shop for over a month and has been ready for pick up but State Farm is giving us the worse experience. They are arguing about covering the sensor and not all payments were made. What's even worse is that every time we call we get a different person who has no clue whats happening. Lack of communication, poor customer service, not helping customers, and not covering all repairs when we have full coverage. This company is scam, hiring bunch of sharks to pay customers the least amount as possible. We are filing a BBB complaint and are seeking legal action for this shady practice. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM STATE FARM AND LIDIA'S OFFICE SPECIFICALLY! THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE!
