My sister lives here. She doesn't like complaining. But I will. Spots are too expensive, management has no decency in the realm of human interaction. Park is maintained(i suppose) but the pool is rarely open(unheated/ summer use only) and when my mother passed, they jumped on trying to kick my sister out. Thankfully my mom had the house in my sisters name before passing.

Some of the tenants have a difficult time taking care of their space, aswell too many auto's for available parking at many spaces or lot locations. ( at isolated spots ) can cause a problem for trash pick up, and emergency services. With that being said, I enjoy living here. 👍

Ghetto Park they let you get away without paying rent for months on end and my FORMER best friends mobile home was UN livable for especially if you have children. The floor was falling thru and she had a flood and the entire mobile home must be condemned but its sat in this park for years and its absolutely disgusting! The pool is gross and my friend who lived there even got a nasty infection from their pool. Dont get Infected and please dont go for your sake!
