Definitely need an appointment. Don't even try to do a walk in. But they have an appointment every 20 minutes so there's plenty available if you call ahead. Dr. Ho was very nice, helpful and educated on my not so common conditions. Recommend *with an appointment*

You cannot go in without appt but you would have to wait for any cancelation before they take you in. They always say nothing guaranteed to see Dr. If you go in without appt. But if you can talk to the doctor and tell him it's an emergency and with lots of begging then they will probably see you, but expect to wait long time! Good luck my fellow glasses wearer.
Yes it cost an extra $25 for bring your own frame
