So torn with Jack in the Box lately. The attendants at the drive thru wanted to be very helpful, but it seemed that neither one had been trained. The mic must not work or maybe my voice just does not carry. Either way my order was very much off. Could not confirm order he order screen did not work either. Bless the attendants for trying and shame on management for throwing them to crowds without proper training. The food itself was good but that is the only good thing about my visit

Ordered through Uber eats. Every single item was wrong. My egg and cheese had no cheese. Requested one sandwich with no bacon…added the note in 2 places. It came with bacon. Fail of an order all around. Only item correct was the fries.

Love this location but dining room is permanently closed now, every time I go through the open sign is on, hours posted 6am-10pm, but the doors locked. Got a bad case of laryngitis, can't order over the speaker. Why is the dining room closed? Manager needs to get people hired.

Location is so under staff they cannot take any drive-through traffic. They will only take traffic for Uber eats or doordash.. They said I could park in the lot and order from Uber eats. How is that helpful? This is ridiculous. This is ridiculous. To be fair Jack in the Box, particularly this location, is always behind and below what's supposed to be happening.
