This is my mom's second time here and I am again, in awe of the entire staff at this hospital. From the incredible doctors and nurses to the physical therapists to Corina in the cafeteria. The care and love shown to my mom is second to none. I know that if I have to ever have surgery, it is worth making the trip from Lubbock to Dallas for the incredible care received here. . Thank you!

Won't let my daughter and me in to see a friend who just underwent surgery a few days ago because my daughter is under 16 years old. That's the most bizzar and disappointing rule I've ever heard, and the only hospital I've heard of doing that! Definitely not happy.

Hospital of Horrors. Five months have passed since my surgery, but this experience still haunts me. I expected a lot more from a “Surgery Center of Excellence”.

Questions & Answers

This Hospital has good doctors but their staff is the pits they are rude and mean, There is nothing professional about the staff that works behind the desk on the third floor. They really treat you like you are bothering them, and how dare you!!!!

No, if it is something serious they will transfer you to another hospital. It is an orthopedic spine surgery hospital

Although it is an actual hospital, it is considered a specialty hospital. Areas of medicine covered include neurospine, orthopaedics, podiatry, and ent. No babies at this particular facility.
