I have been living her since this property opened and the customer service is just now top knotch since Terre has been her , I finally feel like I can get some one to answer the phones. The property manager will never greet you or address your concerns face to face only via email. She runs and hides when the residents come to the office I've witnesses her doing it on several occasion's. I see the assistant manager leaving his apartment more then in his office so I see why I can never get his help either. Seems like there just here to play instead of helping the residence so were happy to have Terre and Steven to at least pass on the messages to there managers. The property is always clean just wish we had more assistance from managers. The amazon hub is always full I wish the leasing office had a better process to prevent the stolen packages. While your in the office hiding please set up a better process as we are spending good money for all amenities that I would love to use frequently. The leasing staff Rock hope you guys get better management soon fingers crossed!

Horrible mailing system!! No one ever answers the phone. I could never access my package when I’m off work. No help. No communication.

I would say this place is a joke but it’s actually criminal! I cannot count the amount of parcels that have been stolen or lost by the management staff. They sign for parcels and then they mysteriously disappear, zero trace. You complain and nothing gets done. The carpets in the corridors are stained and smell, the pool has slime on the floor ,the lounge and business center (where music blast like a night club) are shut down after 8 PM. and good luck getting deliveries, uber eats, Amazon, zero access for that. I would imagine there are prisons run better than this.

Very bad experience, and I don’t even live there! I am relocating from a different state and have had many AMAZING experiences with other apartment buildings around Addison in virtual tours and communication! I came across Addison Grove and instantly fell in love with the location and interiors and wanted to pursue renting a studio there! I reached out and was instantly in communication with Elliott who set me up with a virtual appointment! The day came around, and I didn’t hear from anyone! I reached out to Elliott who told me basically, sorry but we are fully booked for the rest of the day. I communicated back that I hadn’t received a call and wanted to see virtually what the apartment looked like before I submitted an application. NOTHING! No response, no apology for missing our appointment. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because this apartment was still the top of my list! I called this morning to speak with someone about viewing the apartment, and she told me “sorry, we don’t do virtual appointments.” I asked her how I was supposed to see the interior and size that I was going to be renting blindly and she told me to look at the blue prints online. If I had not had the other AMAZING experiences around Addison in virtually viewing apartments maybe I would be more understanding, but this apartment building was not accommodating at all! As someone who was extremely excited to rent from them, this experience left such a distaste that I will not be pursuing an apartment here.

The two major cross streets adjacent to the property are Marsh Lane and Midway! These are very popular roads with tons of fun retail and restaurants. :)
Our Pet Policy will be a one time $300 pet fee, and $15 a month for pet rent per animal. We love pets so much we allow up to three furry friends per apartment!
Yes, everything will be gated with controlled access devices throughout the property. :)
Our community is pre-wired for AT&T and Spectrum. :)
We are so excited! Our first units in phase one will be delivered on January 15th with additional units from construction every two weeks! :)
