Great place I lived there for 14 months loved the rooftop pool. The bathroom lightings not so much. Jared who worked in the office was excellent from day one. I highly recommend this complex. I would live there again. Marivic**

I have lived in many apartments in Dallas and I think I have found the best one yet. Location is great and out of the other options in Addison circle this was by far the best all around choice.

First time ever doing a review. I moved out back in August. If you like a lot of noise this is the place to be. I hardly got any peace and quiet. Neighbors were very noisy. Sent noise complaint emails to leasing office. Unfortunately that didn't help. Didn't appreciate being charged $600 for carpet replacement. I was told that the carpet had a five year life span. Not understanding why we have to pay for carpet replacement when I was only in the unit for 1 year. The carpet was in decent condition when I moved out. I thought the $99 cleaning fee that I paid for would cover that. That carpet wasn't in the best condition when I first moved in. Then we got hit with a $135 fee for them to paint the walls. I thought they would have to paint anyway. We had maybe 3 pictures on those walls. Staff is very friendly! Love the leasing staff, but there needs to be better communication. They need a better maintenance team. Great location! Love the walking distance to restaurants. I wouldn't recommend living here. Hanging out in the area is great! Not sure if I would move back. After I moved out from Allegro community and I've been trying really hard to get my deposit money, it's been months. People are routing to different persons but still they have not fixed the issue. No one is taking proper responsibility for the refund.
