Rude. Called to ask a general question about getting my trailer repaired. I was imediately cut off with a "No no no no no no" as if I was bothering him. The entire convo including the wait for someone to answer was 30 seconds. Very poor customer service.

I bought my 20 foot Challenger car hauler in 2019 from another dealer, due to the fact Trailer man did not have one in stock. I had an issue with the trailer lights and axle brake after only one use. I got really sick right after the purchase and could not bring it in for the repairs. Fast forward 2 years, I called Trailer Man to see about having these issues fixed. Told him why I didn't bring it in sooner and he had me bring it in. Fixed everything under warranty and I was on my way. Great service and compassion. I will definitely recommend these guys to buy and take care of your trailer needs.

Yes we do install 12volt electric winches, and wire them to your truck, or installing separate battery on trailer - - bring your truck and trailer by and let us determine what you are wanting done and we can give you a price for that.
I've found them by accident on the internet. while looking to purchase a trailer last year. Since then I've had 3 trailers repaired that I own. they treat me very well. I highly recommend them. I'm going to trade one in on another trailer with them. I own 10 trailers , and I am in the industrial business. I drive from burleson TX to their location WORT EVERY MILE OF THE DRIVE. IVE HAD EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THEM.
