TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service and little to No customer service. Had an 8am appointment for brakes. At 4pm I'm calling the service department for the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was just looked at and they don't have the parts! Why so late, well other cars came in and yours was pushed to the bottom of the pile. Yeah I was born at night but not last night. This was my fault for bringing my 2009 Tundra back after TWO similar experiences. 3 strikes and I'm out. The best they can do are oil changes!! That's the reason for 2 stars. LESSON LEARNED.

For the first 2 years or 25,000 miles on any new Toyota the maintenance is performed at no cost under Toyota Care. Once the vehicle exceeds 25,000 miles the tire rotation and balancing is only $29.95.

After my service, they sent an offer (not binding) for my 2020 Tacoma. So yes, they do buy vehicles (I’m sure, based on model, year and condition).

I'm sorry, but the dealership does not rent Avalons. We do have a TRD model in stock for you to come and evaluate. We can be flexible with your test drive route as well.
