Our family spent two weekends at lake and really enjoyed our pontoon rental. It made site seeing fun and easy. The inner tube that came with it was AWESOME! We are already planning for another weekend trip in 2023!

We took a private tour of Lake Jocassee waterfalls with lunch and were so happy at the end of the day. It was perfect. Our tour guide and owner of the company was so much fun. She went above and beyond our expectations. Not only is she very knowledgeable about the lake, wildlife and history of the area, she is a great story teller. Thanks Stephanie.

I tried 4 times to get someone to respond back to rent a pontoon boat for vacation, email and text. Reading the previous reviews had me excited but only was disappointed. Good luck to others. I had no luck! Ended up renting a pontoon at Lake Keowee Marina and had a wonderful experience. **Update from their response: I did not wait to book before a holiday, it was a random week for my personal vacation. I’m glad you’re finally digital so answering a phone isn’t an issue.

Super easy to deal with, made reservations online. Boat was clean and comfortable. It was a cool, breezy morning and they brought enough blankets for everyone. Very thoughtful touch. Would definitely rent from them again. Oh, and Lake Jocassee was on her best behavior and her splendor pleased everyone aboard. Thank you, Duke Energy for providing this beautiful reservoir.

Check out Sunset Marina for pontoon boat rental on Lake Keowee. Their general store will get you on the lake with all of the snacks and drinks for a great day on the lake. They often have a food truck near the marina, so you can count on some good eats at the end of your cruise.
During the summer months for weekend reservations no less than 2-3 weeks in advance, during the week 1-2 weeks in advance. However there is always the possibility of a boat opening up on any given day. Reservations are based on rental availability.
Yes! within a 4 hour period you can see many waterfalls possibly all of them. However to actually enjoy the journey, explore and take in the beauty of Lake Jocassee we recommend a full day.
Price varies depending on your requests / desires, as well as the boat you choose. Please visit www.lakejocassee.com for more details
