The food & drinks were great, atmosphere of staff, including the seating at the bar, NOPE! DO NOT! Rude bartender, she was busy, it was Saturday, but as her Mom would say, there is no excuse for ugliness! After a 10 minute wait she finally acknowledged us and stated she was working the bar drink area only for the dining room waitstaff. A gentlemen bartender, offering some professionalism, but never smiled, finally took our order, it was only 6:00 P.M. The bill was $250 for the four of us, and he received a $80 tip but with no gratitude. That’s fine, not everyone can be from Texas! Professor Eve my Sister, would say you can teach a trade but you cannot teach kindness and friendliness, that’s genetics! We still had fun without any staff help.

The biggest scam that has ever plagued small business in this country. They require that you pay a membership and when you will not upgrade then they start "investigating" you with their pretend authority. Further, they make up evidence and do not allow you a direct representation of yourself in the efforts to defend their allegations. Update: I have had to get my attorney involved due to one employees continued attacks on my business. Further, she has denied my attorney the ability to speak with anyone else after he repeatedly pointed out where she was wrong.

Hi Vivek, Thank you for reaching out to the Better Business Bureau serving the Heart of Texas. In an initial search of our database, I could not locate the above-referenced business. We add and make changes to businesses on an on-going basis. As a result, it is possible the business is legitimate and simply not in our database. It is also possible the business is listed under a different name. You can revise the search by visiting www.bbb.org and searching by name, location or business category. Again, thank you for reaching out to the BBB.

You can visit our website at BBB.org and search for a business by name or type of business. That search will connect you with a business's BBB Business Profile, which includes the business's BBB rating, customer reviews for the business, and any complaints about the business. Additionally, you can see how the business responded to any reviews and complaints. Lillian Custom Homes B- rating, 1.5 out of 5 stars from customers and 17 complaints in the past three years; not BBB Accredited Tilson Custom Homes: no rating (headquartered in area managed by BBB Houston), 1.8 out of 5 stars from customers and 3 complaints in the past three years; not BBB Accredited

Shawn gave an excellent answer. New businesses open every day, so it's possible that a legitimate business could be missing from BBB's database. If you'd like BBB to check out a business, the more information you have to provide, the better. Data points such as: web address, email address, phone number, street address, etc.

When I look at this business, I see five reviews with only one negative among them. There is, however, a difference between customer reviews and the BBB rating. Here is some information about that and you can find more by Googling "how are better business bureau ratings calculated." BBB ratings represent the BBB's opinion of how the business is likely to interact with its customers. The BBB rating is based on information BBB is able to obtain about the business, including complaints received from the public. BBB seeks and uses information directly from businesses and from public data sources. BBB assigns ratings from A+ (highest) to F (lowest). In some cases, BBB will not rate the business (indicated by an NR, or "No Rating") for reasons that include insufficient information about a business or ongoing review/update of the business's file. BBB Business Profiles generally explain the most significant factors that raise or lower a business's rating.

This definitely sounds like a scam. You can report potential scams to BBB by visiting the website. The government would NEVER ask someone to use anything like a gift card to make a payment. And, the IRS does not call consumers before sending them something and also has a process that is followed before it attempts to collect any money.
