My kitchen sink hasn't been draining for months. I don't have the money for a plumber. I was determined to fix the sink myself. I went to home Depot countless times.. then I went to Lowe's finally found some parts I thought would fit got back home they did not. Went back to Lowe's returned the parts and finally ask somebody for help. Along came a man named Don. Don was the most patient and the most kind-hearted individual that I could have ever asked for. I was so frustrated and so upset at the time. He took his time with me to explain every piece and part.. I got home and put it together and I was able to fix my sink. I don't think Mr Don understands just how much his help means to me. Now I will make it through the winter this year and I can use my sink again. This is what customer service is all about. This man deserves a raise and employee of the year! Thank you so much not only did you help me fix my sink but you also restored faith in myself. Thank you so much!

Sept. 2022 Picked up some hardware items. It was fairly easy to find. Several of the employees were very friendly and offered to help me find stuff. 2019 I came here for natural/organic weed killer and they don't carry it in stock. I have to order online in advance and have it delivered. (This is true for other hardware stores.) The employee I asked wasn't very knowledgeable about the products, but he was very polite. Overall, the store is clean, organized and carries quality products with good prices.

TWO YEARS of trying to get my new kitchen cabinets installed and still not done. Nothing is worth purchasing from or trying to deal with them. You won't speak to the same employee twice. They just pass the buck. I'm on hold right now – AGAIN.

Such as in any store, one should be expected to sign up for Military discount online to protect their personal identity and information. Lowe's staff, corporation and in store; does exceptional work in protecting the consumer against fraud; and registering for Military discount online is just keeping us protected.
