Miriam is very rude! Just like the other comments stated. Linda is a lot nicer atleast for me. Miriam is very rude this is ridiculous and it makes you not even bother. She should have great customer service being that she is the Asst Manager you would think that she was nice. Literally by far the worst asst manager I have ever seen at any property I have ever lived in, inquired about or even toured. Highly donot recommend anyone dealing with her.

Miriam went above and beyond for me and my son when we were looking for an apartment. She greeted us very nicely and showed us two different units I instantly fell in love ! I applied same day I am so excited about moving in. This will be our first apartment :)

The apartment itself has nice features. Although, the management is the downfall of this complex. Within the month I was here , Linda and Miriam ( mgr/asst mgr) banged extremely loud on the door multiple times. It sounded as though there was someone attempting to break down the door. As they left , Miriam ( ast mgr ) mocked & snickered as I had covered my nose area when I opened the door . I have a newborn and am extremely cautious who I come into contact with. * Linda and Miriam denied this behavior , stating ,” we never went to that apartment , it must’ve been the garbage boys .” I have not felt the need to write a review until yesterday September 27th , 2022. I am not under the lease but I do live here with the apartment holder. There was a note at the door stating there would be scheduled inspections within this apartment. I prefer my partner to be here if someone else is coming in. I called the front desk to ask who would be performing these inspections. Miriam gave me the run-around that I was not under the lease and she would call my “ husband .” She cut me off and hung up the phone. Right away, my partners phone rang , I answered on speaker and my partner stated we were both present. She lied saying I was calling to start an argument when my partner was next to me and can confirm her immediate hostile tone when I gave her the apartment number as she remembered the first incident. It is retaliation. She raised her voice multiple times during this phone call. It was extremely unprofessional. My partner and I requested to NOT speak with her and for her to transfer us to her manager. Miriam put us on speaker and I heard Linda in the background but Miriam ceased to engage in conversation with us, even though we stated we did not want to speak with her anymore. NEVER have I experienced such an unprofessional and immature environment. Linda, the manager, condones this behavior of her employees. We had wanted to renew our lease as the rent is at a good rate and the area is safe but we will NOT be renewing due to this incident. I have worked in customer service jobs. I have had clients screaming , practically harassing over the phone. And, I have never raised my voice , talked-over or laughed towards the client. I did not act in any hostile way to deserve the treatment Linda and Miriam gave me. I understand if I am not on the lease, that they cannot release information( this wasn’t stated by them ) . But not once, did Linda or Miriam state ,” Ms.Martinez, we’re not sure who is performing the inspections but once we do know, we can call your partner to let him know. Also, to make things easier next time , why don’t you come down to the office to put your name on the lease so we can release any information to you in the future ?” I have worked customer service and THAT is how this situation should have been handled because I have had these conversations as well. My partner and I would greatly appreciate if the Owner got into contact with us to resolve this issue.

Just walk to the office. That's what I'd do. I don't know if they are open on the weekends though. I used to live there, but I hated the parking situation. Good luck on finding out about your rent though.
