I had one of the worst experiences at this location. It’s so unbelievable. I wanted to ask the doctor questions before the extraction of my tooth. He began to rush me. Instead of understanding, he asked the aid to answer them. The doctor was extremely rude. After being there since 8 a.m., it was extremely crowded and there were no chairs for people. I wish I could have given this location a zero star. The aid was extremely helpful, but the doctor just didn’t care about my concerns. I even asked if the tooth I am removing is going to affect the tooth on the top and he’s like, "he doesn’t know, he cannot predict the future." He told me he cannot remove the two wisdow teeth on the top it had to be one side first. I even saw someone with two gaze on the side of their mouth which I believe he was lying about the extraction on both side.

The wait was reasonable. I filled out paper work in 20 mins and was called in like 20 mins later. But I didn’t end up getting my wisdom teeth out because one of my teeth was touching the nerve and the doctor refused to do it. I’m currently now feeling tingling in lips and have to reschedule with a different oral place.

I've been to 2 of their locations and I have nothing but pain and suffering. I call to let them know I have a receptionist telling what's wrong with my mouth. Why can't I be told that the actual dentist who ripped out my teeth will call me. The part of emergency walk in that's a lie I went to where they extracted 3 teeth and the hole has yet to heal it going on a month. My right side jaw is killing me slowly. And they would not squeeze me in for a follow-up So don't believe their About story!
