Update May 2022: So much for valuing Diamond members. Front desk manager and management team did not care to review and provide flexibility for a last minute cancellation. "We're sorry. Per our policy, we will still have to charge you." So staying 100+ nights last year in Hilton hotels doesn't merit any consideration while Hyatt and Marriott works to take care of their elite members. Either way, definitely don't bother doing business with this location. They don't seem to care about hospitality nor ensuring a pleasant experience. ‐----------------------------------- The age is starting to show at this facility. Front desk team member was okay and lacked enthusiasm. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Do not stay here!!! Front desk night shift is awful. We drove in late and our reservation was cancelled without warning. Online check in still let me have a digital key but never said my room was cancelled. We had to sleep in our car. Then she blamed the 3-11 shift. Did not care, no remorse. Awful customer service. Be alarmed they may cancel your room without notice.

From the time we arrived everything was excellent. Our rooms where clean and the Breakfast was good and the staff was awesome. Only thing is they need to have Complimentary Waters for everyone. Don't get me wrong we brought our own but y'all really should think about putting two bottles of water in all guest rooms. YES we would Stay Again.

From calling to reserve the room to checking out everything was amazing. The lady I talked to when reserving the room was extremely helpful. Wish I could recall her name, but she was very friendly and helpful, as was all the staff I encountered. The housekeeping staff was amazing and very helpful as well. The rooms were very clean with a lot of attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable for those of us that prefer a softer bed without being to soft. I have zero complaints about my stay. Best hotel I've stayed in.
