Great Customer Service, Clean, Quiet, Pet Friendly with no hidden fees! Nice field area to walk/run dogs. Breakfast had good options, that the kids also enjoyed. We stayed twice, once headed down to Galveston Island and once on the way home. We will be back!!

Rooms were nice, typical standard room. Pillow were ok. Did come with fridge and microwave. Staff was nice. Eggs sausage cereal biscuits and gravy for breakfast with coffee and juices. Close to dollar store and liquor store. 8 minutes away from strip of local bars. Easy access to highway.

Nice, clean, quiet rooms! The bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to pick from on the bed. I got this room at the last minute and came in at 11:00 pm. It was clean and ready to go. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the meatless options for a Lenten Friday! The potato, egg, & cheese burritos were delicious.

My family and I reserved 2 rooms well in advance to arrival. We traveled over 6 hours, to be turned away at the door at 11pm. They gave away our rooms and didn't even consider calling the provided number to inform us. We were charged over $400 and not given a refund. The clerk claimed to be new and that rooms were for "First Come First Served, Reservations don't matter." We will never return to Gainesville, TX location. The clerk sent dozens of guests down the street to Holiday inn/Comfort inn, she claimed they were "sister companies". Just because you have the same exit, does not make it a sister company. We will be contacting the Regional Manager and look forward to speaking on the matter with them.
