At&t robbed me and charged me $5.00 for the upgrade feature when I specifically told them I DID NOT want to ever upgrade my phone. they have all these surcharges AND FEES and make you pay taxes in addition to taxes that have already been paid out. At&t charges over in excess for changes made such as simply switching a sim card to a new phone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Legalized scammers.
