Kudos to AT&T for the excellent service in their Springfield store. After a disappointing display of customer service from Xfinity to an absolutely horrendous experience with T-Mobile that only lasted 2 months, I’ve finally found a home for my cell service with AT&T. I’ve avoided AT&T for nearly 30 years because of their higher prices but I’m thrilled to admit I was wrong! They’re actually the best deal for my needs. Unlimited data is truly unlimited; no slow down after 20 gigs like Xfinity. After it’s all said and done, I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro and a new Samsung Galaxy with unlimited plans for less than T-Mobile (where I only purchased an older model Samsung phone). Highly recommend AT&T!!

After a horrible experience with Tee at the AT&T location at 1100 Baltimore Pike in Springfield, (we were told that it would be impossible to get an iPhone at any AT&T location, to try Best Buy or Walmart and that associates are unable to access our existing plan information in-store - only Customer Service representatives do that via phone) my sister and I went over to the Sproul Rd location, where we were immediately greeted by Jordan. He not only sent us home with new phones (including a brand new iPhone 14 Pro) but he took a look at our shared plan and confirmed that we had the best option available. He spent as much time with us as possible in order to answer all of our questions/go over all of our options and to ensure we left happy. I will only go to the Sproul Rd location from now on!
