Inside shopping is not what it used to be, when you could walk into a verzion store, pick your phone, and the people working with you gave you great service. Answered all your questions, they made you feel very uninformative. They would Opened up your phone, helped set up new phone, making sure your information, text, contacts, photos were uploaded to you new phone very quickly. They new and wanted to help you. Making you feel comfortable knowing your basic setting were set up.Then when you walk out of the store, you were comfortable knowing you were ready to communicate with your phone, you were ready to go. When you got home, you only had to set a few personalized settings. WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE CARING? I purchased the new pixel 6, My sales person did not offer any information about this phone. How to use. So I walked out of the store, unsure of my phone, but was very excited to have purchased the pixel 6. I wish I would have had visited the Verizon store in La Porte / Pasadena area service center. I love their location. I stopped in the Katy location because it was convenient, saved me a 2 hour trip. Only help I got from sales person, he added cloud to down load my information from old phone. Which after reading instructions, I didn't need cloud. It was actually very easy. He knew we did not have internet in our area and offered no additional help. He was very nice and seamed knowledgeable in his field, you just had to pull information out of him. Yes I'm older. He would not give me a phone number to this store so I could contact him if I had issues setting up my new phone. The Pasadena store would give you a business card and tell you to call them if you had issues setting up your phone. Again no customer service, in stead I get home, was on hold for 30 minutes to speak to tech services, another 30 minutes going over downloads, etc. Now I know why when you call into customer service, the wait is so long. They only have a few people to service all stores that sell phones, which is a lot. I hope all will get better.

Why do you close up and leave ahead of the hours posted on your door? Apparently, all of the Verizon stores have low Google ratings. You would think that Verizon would care more about their customers, but the results are consistent no matter what store you go to in the Katy area.

There is no store phone number available. Verizon makes us call their central phone line. We had to go into the store to see someone.
Not that I know of. But my phone has been acting strangely the last couple of days
They make some unfortunately Verizon doesn't sale them.
