This apartment has a gas leakage problem. The moment you walk into these apartments, you smell gas. This is dangerous for the seniors and could potentially lead to counsel. Please take this matter seriously.

I lived her fir 1.5 years. Was on the waiting list for 2.5 years. I am grateful but the manager Jane is an arrogant vile woman. But great news, she is no longer here. The new lady seems okay though I tried to pay my rent and they would not accept it as they are not taking any checks until the first. Today is the 31st. I have to put it in the drop box after 5 or give it to them tomorrow. How ridiculous! Not looking like she’s going to be any less difficult than Jane. UPDATE. Jane is gone thankfully. The new manager is great. She is a follow the rules person but that’s a good thing in my opinion. The place is running so much better than before. I highly recommend the place.

I visited one of my friends at this facility during the holidays. My friend loves her place. The new manager Billie is amazing, very professional and respectful to the tenants and visitors. She is doing a tremendous job. I feel my friends happiness and safety hangs on her management.

Is this apartment a income based?is it only for seniors? Or is it open for all families
This complex is for adults
No, there are not many activities for the residents. Bingo and pot luck once a month and occasionally a sales person makes a presentation to sell something.
This complex spans people of legal age

Your best answer would be to call. The manager of the facility is very professional and willing to help. Iived there for 6yrs and regret the fact that I had to move . Schedule and appointment with the office and get a birds eye view . You'll be surprised !
