Hello .. I like to take a moment and talk about next level customer service as this is a lost art. From, the very moment I walked in Sadiq the GM of the store team me up with Jazmyne and my whole impression of Verizon changed as there phones sales reps did not make a great lasting impression. But , lets talk about how Jazmyne she simply made the whole client experience delightful as she was personable and patient and also able to transfer all my photos and contacts with ease . The entire process was time consuming yet she stayed with me until she was about to leave. See this kind of service is rare and that is why I wanted to make sure the world knew that at the Verizon on fry rd. they are simply amazing to there clients. I am a Sales Executive for Mercedes Benz and we live by a model " The Best or Nothing " and the entire Sales team Sadiq GM, Aliana Mgr., Monica Bus Mgr. and Jazmyne Sales Rep. should all be given recognition for a Job well Done . I have already sent 2 clients as of today and will send many more as I know it will be just as Spectacular and Positive for them as it was for me. Great Job !
