Do NOT do business with this company or location. Arrangements and communication are terrible. There is no customer respect. I will never store items with another Public Storage facility again! Worst part is I used them while getting moved and established 4000 miles from the unit and they don’t seem to understand that people are not immediately able to get to their unit. What are storage units for? I was late on 1 payment in a years time and they started threatening with phone calls and letters to auction the unit. I made up the payment and still continued to receive threats of my items being towed. Unprofessional!

Absolutely happy with canyon road location, property manager Beverly is awesome and on top on things and is understanding with the storage life. Recommend storing here for sure!

What a great place. I have been looking into getting a storage unit to store some of my collectables. I stopped in here just to get some prices and was delighted to get my questions answered without being pressured. Beverly, who helped me, explained the size of the units and cost for each. She was very informed.
