Do not rent here if you care about your stuff!! My unit was broken into in October, all of my sentimental items (not worth a lot of $$) gone but sleeping bags, pillows, food and drugs were there as if someone was living there. My auto pay wasn't cancelled when it was supposed to be and was charged for November. Called the corporate number and district manager multiple times and still no refund.

We have used this company for storage previously and they were great! Now that we have been there for a year they decided to cut the hours that are not practical for people that work a 9-5 job. Weekends as well have cut hours and not always easy to get to in that time frame. Then we notice the amount being taken out from our account has increased. I called the Puyallup location and asked about this and they have informed us that we should expect a increase in rental of storage fees every 6 mos. So we don’t have access hours that we signed up for and they are increasing our rent in it. Will be moving items out soon

The deal we received was amazing and the lady was amazing as well. The location is a little hard to come and go from during traffic time so I will be avoiding those hours. I have to say though this storage place is by far the best I've ever done business with. You guys rock!
