Bonaventure is a terrible place for your loved ones. Meals are missed, medications aren’t given out on time or Distributed properly, on-going Covid cases, poor care quality, residents waiting up to an hour from pressing their call buttons to receive help and a terrible director with little to no respect for anyone besides herself.

They don’t have the proper staffing to take care of people here, medications not going out in time, residents getting sick, high turnaround for this place don’t waste your money. Management is a joke, super toxic environment you can tell their employees aren’t treated right. Staff is not drug tested or checked for vaccinations. Can’t speak for their other locations but this place should be shut down.

I am very excited to get moved in to Bonaventure of Puyallup upon opening. This will be the 2nd Bonaventure community that I have called home and I look forward to all of the new amenities that this one will have! I have been a Bonaventure resident for 4 1/2 years and have been very happy with all that has been offered. Prior to living in a community I lived in a 55+ community that just didn't give me the opportunities Bonaventure has. I always have the option of having something to do now instead of being alone every day. The Bonaventure has offered me an extended family that I am so grateful for! (Family Member)

The team at Bonaventure Puyallup (Nerissa, Cheryl, Denise) are enthusiastic and committed to the community they serve. The options for retirement living at this location are broad with lots of options. I've toured the different options for family members and impressed with the amenities. I've also had the opportunity to participate in the monthly entertainment and educational events. Take advantage of these informative and fun events to meet other residents and community members.

Yes. Although meals are part of the package, there's a full kitchen with dish washer and fridge in every unit. Maid service is also part of the package although some units have a washer and dryer.

Yes! Whether you are going to the symphony or the supermarket, we are here for you. Every community has regular weekly trips to the grocery store so you can pick up whatever you like. Our residents can also schedule transportation to get where they need to go—the doctor’s office, the airport, or a family get-together—without worry.
